This mixed-use neighbourhood with over 700 homes, 550,000 sq ft of offices, an innovation hub, an academy school, along with shops, cafes and a health centre, has had an immense transformation from its former state as a derelict 17-acre ex-EMI factory site. This cultural hub has not only added new life to Hayes, but also impacts the wider growth of the town centre.

This multi storey car park situated in the middle of Stratford Centre, provided new life to the declining Centre in the early 2010s, by transforming the roof into an urban park and events space. Now, the thriving park is a cultural hotspot with an open-air cinema, street food and a bar.

This creative work, show and share space was transformed from a building that acted as an unfortunate memory of industrial decline, having last been occupied in 2006 as a former Hat Factory in Luton. Now, The Culture Trust’s reuse of the building has transformed it into a cultural hotspot for young entrepreneurs to showcase their work, to study and take up space together.

Offers a wide variety of mixed usage spaces for creative and cultural events including a gallery, a warehouse and rooftops. Acting as Peckham’s cultural quarter, it provides countless events, supportive network for the creative industries of Southwark and South London, whilst also offering a diverse community of artists, small business incubations, and fitness ventures.
Winner of Creative Reuse - The Pineapples Awards 2021
This new education and community centre in Brixton Windmill, the last working windmill in London, provides ample support and space to host a range of community activities in the area. It works to preserve the heritage of Brixton Windmill, whilst also ensuring usage by future generations and providing flexible space to be used by the wider community.
