The 3.84ha development site between Edgware Road – the neighbourhood’s primary retail and commercial area – and quieter terraced streets to the north of Marylebone Station, sees the provision of up to 1,200 new homes with 7,000sqm of retail space. The project aims for a 40% increase in publicly accessible open space and will support around 525 retail jobs and around 3,500 construction-related jobs.

The Clay Community proposed for Old Gloucester Road in Hambrook, consists of 30 houses in semi-detached or terraced arrangement, constructed from prefabricated rammed earth blocks. Units would be built using modular oak timber frames and interior thresholds to accommodate expansion. The project will house approximately 120 people on the 2ha site, providing terraces, parking and community greenspaces.

South Molton Triangle is a 3.4ha joint venture valued at £500m. The restoration of Georgian-era buildings will provide a 5-star boutique hotel on Brook Street, 35 new shops, cafes and restaurants, around 11 new affordable homes and 22 private homes located next to Oxford Street and Bond Street station.

The £57m refurbishment of Liverpool’s iconic 1930s building targets big budget production, as a base location to complement extensive outdoor filming opportunities. Two new 1,858sqm studios, screening and performance spaces – open to the public - with an existing hangar to feature five cinema screens, a performance space and a food hall. A working clock will be reinstated on the iconic tower, with visitors able to enjoy the city view from new rooftop gardens.

Bury Council’s £100m+ regeneration project transforms Longfield Centre into a new hub for the community. The 2.48ha site is intended to create 200 homes including 1, 2 and 3 bed-flats and townhouses, a community centre, and a 350-space mobility hub, library, a fully equipped gym, a bustling market hall, a village square for events and an array of shops and dining establishments.

Helping Hands responds to the urgent need for temporary homeless accommodation in Bootle. The project proposes the use of a 2ha site adjacent to Hugh Baird College in Liverpool and incorporates both shared accommodation and individual homes. A repeated garden wall would identify the Helping Hands site as a development that builds on existing community infrastructure, improving small scale social and civic areas.
