Festival of Place: Social Impact

Book now and join us from 24-25 March on Airmeet from 11am-3pm for two lunchtime learning sessions.

This year, we will be taking a closer look at the social impact of housing. We’ll be hearing from investors who are powering change by investing in the building or retrofit of social housing, taking a deep dive into systemic issues in the housing market and what needs to change and finding out what contributes to quality of life for tenants in built-to-rent homes.

We’ll also be looking at the social impact of public spaces – how feminist planning can support a safer city in the context of violence against women and girls, and how exemplary design can deliver positive health and belonging impacts for people. We will also be looking at emerging thinking on measuring social impact.

Join us over two days, two long lunches, everything streamed live with Q&A and recorded, to understanding place-based impact: How to measure it and make it happen. Book now and join us from 24-25 March on Airmeet from 11am-3pm.

With thanks to LDA Design for supporting the event.
