Meridian Water, London Borough of Enfield, for Enfield Council and Strategic Infrastructure Works, with Taylor Woodrow, Arup and Stace

The £6bn Meridian Water, one of the largest regeneration projects in London, has a scope of over 25 years. It will provide 10,000 homes over its course with the first twenty delivered in September 2023 including family-sized housing, accessible homes, and single bedroom flats. Enfield Council funded the £46m Meridian Water station, completed in 2019, and considered a linchpin for the development.

Low Line Commons, Southwark – Low Line Partners with PDP London, Macfarlane + Associates, Greengage Environmental & Studio 4215

Historically the 150-year old Victorian viaducts through Bankside, London Bridge and Bermondsey, which form the Low Line route, have been left underused at street level. The strategic masterplan celebrates the area’s diverse neighbourhood and renowned heritage while making a feature of this physical barrier between central and south London

Marlborough Sports Garden, Southwark, London – Bankside Open Spaces Trust with Cullinan Studio

The Marlborough Sports Garden is a rare outdoor space providing much-needed access to physical activity, sport, and leisure pursuits. This plan will continue the focus on the local public health agenda, and the move to mitigate against childhood obesity and inactivity.
