A three-phase development being developed across a 3.2ha site, The Britannia Project is expected to be completed in 2026. Included in the £154m plan is a leisure centre to replace the former Britannia Leisure Centre; a 1,140 student school and hundreds of new homes. 290 of the homes will be for outright sale, 30 for shared ownership, and 51 homes for social rent.

Stockport Town Centre West, Stockport, for Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation, Stockport Council, Homes England and Greater Manchester Combined Authority

The Stockport Town Centre redevelopment plans for 3,700 new homes as well as 1m sq ft of office and community space. The £1b project will span over 30 hectares of brownfield to create a pedestrianised centre including a 2ha park. The £140m transport interchange and rooftop park opened to the public in March 2024.

Rochester Riverside, Medway, for Medway Council, Countryside Partnerships (Vistry Group) and The Hyde Group, with BPTW and LUC

Rochester Riverside is developing a 50ha brownfield site adjacent to the historic centre of Rochester and its new railway station. Plans include a 2.5km river walkway, commercial units, parking, green spaces, a primary school, care home and hotel. The £419m project will bring 1,400 new homes, 25% of which will be made affordable.

Harringay Warehouse District, London Borough of Haringey, for Provewell, with Ruth Campbell & Co, Tibbalds, Morris+Company, Container City and Dakota

Within the boundaries of Overbury Road and Eade Road, the Harringay Warehouse District comprises a total of 2.35ha. In addition to commercial spaces and new shipping container work units associated with a communal garden, 5000sqm of co-living is proposed alongside a cafe, work/artist studios and public realm improvements at the Seven Sisters site.

Redevelopment of the Western Campus of the University of Glasgow includes the refurbishment of four buildings; one of which, the Adam Smith business school required £50m of the £430m total project budget. The project encompasses 85,000sqm of student accommodation, learning, teaching, and research space; 26,000sqm of which will be the Keystone Building.

The Verdean, London Borough of Ealing, for Peabody and Mount Anvil, with Levitt Bernstein, Kew Gardens, Exterior Architecture, Light Follows Behaviour and Tigg Coll

The Verdean is a £520m development set to create 1,228 new homes, 455 of which will be affordable. Two residential towers, the Oak and the Aster will contain 160 and 170 homes, respectively. Six percent of commercial spaces totaling 780sqm will be allocated to local businesses. The scheme will incorporate additional public realm community connectivity improvements and green spaces.
